Little Big Circus

Little Big Circus is a fun and dynamic kids' class that introduces young ones to the exciting world of circus arts. Covering fundamental disciplines like partner acrobatics, handstands, walkovers, tumbling, and more, this class helps children develop athleticism, coordination, and strength. Through engaging exercises and warm-up games, kids can build both their physical and mental confidence as they play and learn.

Little Big Circus is available to children age 5 to 16 years old.

Tumbling

Tumbling is open to students of all levels, including complete beginners. This class provides a safe and supportive environment to learn and develop skills like cartwheels, front tucks, back tucks, and more. With progressions tailored to individual abilities, students can build their tumbling skills confidently. Our state-of-the-art facility features air tracks, spring floors, crash mats, soft blocks, and other equipment to ensure a safe and effective training for all.

Partner Lifts

Partner Lifts is an exciting two-person partner dance acrobatics class focused on dance-like movements with acrobatic poses and skill transitions. Throughout each session, students work together to improve their strength, body awareness and coordination skills while learning to integrate these lifts into a flowing choreographed routine designed by our instructors. This class is perfect for those looking to acquire spiced-up dance and acrobatic poses up their sleeves to improve friends and family!

Contortion

Contortion is designed for students of all levels to explore and expand the flexibility and control of their bodies. With a structured and safe training syllabus, this class will help you push the boundaries of your physical limits, discovering new ranges of motion you never thought possible. Whether you're a complete beginner or advanced, our contortion training caters to your strength, flexibility, and body awareness in a supportive environment.

Group & Partner Acrobatics

Group and Partner Acrobatics focuses on some of the most iconic and visually stunning skills in circus arts. Students will learn foundational acrobatic techniques such as 2-high (standing on a partner's shoulders), Foot-to-Hand, Hand-to-Hand, and more. We highly encourage those who are new to acrobatics to give it a shot because it is not as scary as it seems and of course our experienced instructors will provide the safest route to ease students into a skill or progression. Students from this class has walked out braver, stronger, more confident, improved teamwork and coordination skill to ensure safety for themselves and peers around them.

Walkovers & Variations

Duo Trapeze

Step into the world of Duo Trapeze, where strength, trust, and teamwork come together. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned aerialist, this class will challenge and inspire you to push your limits—both physically and mentally—as you learn the art of working in sync with your partner.

This class will cover the fundamentals of basing and flying, teaching you how to execute smooth transitions, creative poses, and dynamic tricks on the trapeze. We’ll also focus on conditioning and learning how to get out of your trick, which are key to keeping you safe and making the end result incredibly rewarding. From static holds to daring drops, you'll discover what it feels like to defy gravity together!
